At Wilkens Estate our aim is to breed well adjusted horses with friendly temperaments and beautiful conformation, which have the ability to perform at an elite level.
Wilkens Estate is located in Orange in country NSW.
Spread over 150 gently undulating acres of native and improved pastures to ensure optimum growth of young stock. Our Horses enjoy large paddocks with mature shade trees and foraged as a herd.
As a boutique breeding business we concentrate on quality rather then quantity and only produce a few foals for sale each year. We use frozen semen from international performers as well as chilled semen from selected Australian stallions.
Whether you are seeking and internationally competitive dressage, showjumping or eventing horse or leisure time companion, at Wilkens Estate your needs are catered for.
Premium Beef
We have a specialised breeding program focused on high marbling Angus and Wagyu genetics to produce a quality product suited to the local and export markets. Grass fed beef farmed in an ethical, sustainable manner.
Farmstay Accommodation
Wilkens Estate Farmstay is a new addition to our family run farm. It consists of 5 self contained 2 bedroom cabins overlooking the farm.
Views of animals grazing on green pastures and cool evenings by a firepit with a glass of local wine to be shared with friends.
Suitable for couples or families as well as large groups, business trips or celebrations. Plenty of green space to calm the mind and recharge or visit the local attractions that Orange has to offer.
